Pattern Coach

A context-aware work-style snapshot (36 Likert items + adjective cross-check). We compare your “rational” answers with your felt descriptors, plus process signals (time & changes). This is a coaching tool — not diagnosis. This page collects the inputs needed to generate your report. You’ll also get a session code (BCS-...) to use later in Team Builder. Each session generates one final PDF report (after admin approval). Many people discover “unknown knowns”: strengths and blind spots they didn’t have language for yet, plus clear improvement points.

How to fill
  • Answer instinctively (1 = strongly disagree … 10 = strongly agree). Try 6–8 minutes total.
  • Pick adjectives that truly fit you — 7–9 total per axis (EI, SN, TF, JP).
  • The slider k controls how much adjectives influence the narrative. Default 1.0 (balanced). Lower it (e.g., 0.6) if your words were chosen quickly or felt uncertain; raise it (e.g., 1.4) if you’re very confident in the words.
Your details
We’ll use this to tailor the narrative and the closing section.
